Plain-language terms for GetLean introductory offers. Last updated 9 September 2026.

First-month discount offers

Discount offers (for example, $100 off your first month) apply to your first month of the GetLean program only. With the standard discount applied, your first month is from $297; the exact price for your program option is always shown before you confirm your order.
After the first month, standard monthly pricing (from $397 per month, depending on your program option) applies unless you cancel.
Offers are available to new customers, once per customer. They have no cash value and can’t be transferred or exchanged. Partner offers may differ; the applicable discount and price are shown at checkout.
There is no long-term contract. You can cancel through your account or by contacting support@getlean.com.au; cancellation stops all future orders and charges.

Joining involves completing an online intake form. An Australian-registered practitioner considers the information you provide and determines appropriate next steps based on your individual circumstances.
A discount does not guarantee that the program, or any particular treatment, will be appropriate for you. Some people may not be suitable.
If the practitioner determines the program isn’t right for you, you’ll receive a full refund.

Active, approved members can share a personal referral link from their account. When a friend joins through your link, is approved by a practitioner and pays for their first order, a $100 credit is recorded for you. One credit per friend, with no ongoing rewards.
The credit becomes usable 14 days after your friend’s first order has shipped. If that order is cancelled or refunded within those 14 days, the credit is cancelled.
A usable credit comes off your next scheduled automatic program payment after that date, automatically. A payment that falls before the credit is usable is charged in full, and the credit is applied to the payment after it. One credit is applied per payment. Credits are not applied to payments processed manually by our team or to reactivation payments.
Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred, exchanged or paid out. Referring yourself or an existing customer does not earn a credit, and we may withhold or cancel credits where we reasonably suspect misuse. Creator or partner accounts and 3-Month Introductory Pathway members cannot earn credits.
Joining through a referral link changes nothing about the clinical process. The same intake and practitioner assessment applies, and some people may not be suitable. Any offer available to your friend is shown to them before they pay. The full conditions are in the Referral credits section of the Terms of Service.
